1. How to change our items.

Exchanges are accepted by Gift Card and item exchanges in all our sales channels for an equal or greater amount. You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to exchange it. The piece must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging.

All orders placed after November 20 will have the return extended until January 31. All our jewelry has a 2-year quality guarantee.

2. How to return our items.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the items purchased at SonAlmas.com, you have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to return it. The piece must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging.

FREE within 30 calendar days! We will send a carrier to collect your return at the address you choose. Access HERE and request the collection of the package. We recommend you save the courier's receipt as proof of your return.

Remember to include the return label that was sent with your order. It is very important that we have the order number online to be able to manage the return correctly.

*Pickup valid only within the Spanish peninsular territory and in the Balearic Islands. The Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are excluded.

As proof of your return, we recommend you keep the courier's receipt as proof of delivery of your package.

3. Refund

The full refund will be processed in the same way as it was paid within 14 calendar days following receipt of the merchandise.
