- Shipping Methods and Costs
Our courier service will deliver your items from Monday to Friday to the delivery address indicated at the time of placing your order:
*Due to the high volume of orders during campaign periods, delivery times may be delayed.
- Standard (1-3 business days):
- The cost of Standard Shipping is €4.95 (free for purchases over €39)
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days (€8.95)
We will inform you of the arrival of the merchandise via email and you will have 15 days to collect it. It is necessary to present the order number and ID of the person who is going to pick it up.
Those orders and payment confirmations received after 12:00 noon (local time) will be processed the next business day (working days from Monday to Friday, except for holidays marked in the official calendar.). Orders to the Balearic Islands may take between 48 and 72 hours.
- Order status
As soon as your order has shipped, we will send you an email to inform you:
- If you created an account before placing your order, you can track your orders by visiting 'My Account' and clicking 'Order History'.
- You will be able to check your previous orders, as well as the status of your current order.
- If you did not create an account or if you registered after placing your order, you will be able to track it once the order leaves our distribution center through the email you will receive from our carriers.
If your order has not been delivered within the given period, please contact our Customer Service Team, who will be in charge of locating it. To track your order, do not hesitate to enter HERE.
- Where we make our shipments
Currently, we ship orders to Peninsular Spain and the Balearic Islands. We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, as well as to post office boxes.
- Austria, Belgium, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Latvia, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Ireland and Lithuania.
- What includes all our packages
All packages include:
- 1 Cotton Pouch for each jewel you have ordered
- 1 shipping box per order.
- 1 Gift bag per order.
- Modification of your order

- Missing items or incorrect/wrong items.
If you have received an incorrect/defective item or missing items, we apologize.
Contact the Customer Service Team within 24/72 hours of receiving your order and provide us with the following information:
- Your order number
- Product code/Product name
- If you want a refund or replacement
Note: It is IMPORTANT that you keep the boxes, shipping labels and packaging on the boxes. In the event of incidents, you will also be asked for photographs of them.
If the delivery note states that the package should contain an item that is not there, please contact the Customer Service Team within 24/72 hours of receiving the order.
